High Performance Half Pitch
DIP Switches Suit Consumer Applications
March 2007 - knitter-switch has added to its broad range of high performance dual in line (DIL) switch products designed for use in a wide variety of consumer products where high performance and reliability are key requirements.
The DHS 900 Series comprises surface-mountable, half-pitch DILswitches that provide the same performance of 2.54mm centreline devices in a package half the size. With terminals spaced on 1.27mm centrelines, the switches are available in either J-lead or gull-wing versions and both types feature recessed actuators and sealed cases.
Both versions are available with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 poles with lengths from 3.58 to 16.28mm and a height off the board of just 2mm. Mechanical life is a minimum of 1000 operations per pole. The contacts and terminals are gold over nickel over copper alloy.
DHS900 switches are RoHS compliant and feature a contact rating of 24VDC @ 25mA, a maximum contact resistance of <50mΩ and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85ºC.

Low cost Half Pitch DIP Schalter für den Konsumgüterbereich
März 07 - knitter-switch hat seine Produktpalette im Bereich Half Pitch DIP Schalter erweitert. Der neue Half Pitch DIP Schalter eignet sich hervorragend für den Einsatz in Konsumgütern wo es auf Leistungsfähigkeit, und Zuverlässigkeit ankommt.
Die Schalter der DHS 900 Serie sind SMD Dual-in-line Schalter, die die gleichen Eigenaschaften wie ein vergleichbarer Standard-Dip-Schalter haben, aber nur die halbe Größe besetzen. Die Bauteile sind sowohl in „J-Wing“ als auch in „Gullwing“ Ausführung erhältlich und haben ein Rastermaß von nur 1,27mm. Desweiteren haben die Schalter versenkte Betätiger und sind dank des abgedichte Gehäuses waschbar.
Die Schalter gibt es mit 2, 4, 6, 8,10 oder 12 Polen und einer Gesamtlänge zwischen 3,58 und 16,28mm. Die Gehäusehöhe beträgt nur 2mm. Die Kontakte und Anschlüsse bestehen aus einer vergoldeten Kupferlegierung und die Lebensdauer der Bauteile liegt bei 1000 Betätigungen.
Die DHS 900 Schalter sind RoHS konfiorm, bleifrei lötbar und mit 24VDC bei 25mA belastbar. Der Kontaktwiderstand ist kleiner als 50mOhm und die Betriebstemperatur liegt zwischen -40 und +85°C.

Interrupteurs Dual-in-Line

Mars 2007 - knitter-switch vient d’ajouter à sa gamme de produits, un interrupteur Dual-in-Line (DIL) haute performance développé pour être utilisé dans une large gamme d’application « Grand public » où performance et fiabilité sont des paramètres clés.
La série DHS 900 propose des interrupteurs Dual-in-Line demi-pas CMS qui permettent de fournir des performances identiques à un produit standard au pas de 2,54mm dans une taille 2 fois plus petite. Avec un pas de 1,27mm, cet interrupteur est disponible en 2 versions J ou G, les 2 solutions proposants des curseurs non dépassants et la partie inférieure du boîtier étanche.
Chaque version est disponible avec 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 ou 12 pôles avec une longueur de 3,58mm à 16,28mm et une hauteur de seulement 2mm. La durée de vie est supérieure à 1000 manœuvres par pôle. La nature des contacts et des connexions est en Alliage cuivre – béryllium, dorés sur nickel.
La série DHS 900 est conforme à la norme RoHS et propose un pouvoir de coupure de 24VDC @ 25mA, une résistance de contact de 50mΩ max avec une température d’utilisation de -40° à +85°C.
