Vertical mount DIL switch will not tilt on the PCB
knitter-switch announces the introduction of the DBS3000-VM dual-in-line switch which the company has designed specifically for a variety of consumer and industrial product applications.
The DBS3000-VM features a proprietary design which, importantly, secures the switch against tilting on the PCB - said by the company to be a key advantage over competitive products. Available with 2 to 12 poles and offered with either raised or recessed actuators, the new switch can be manually or automatically inserted.
Featuring a minimum mechanical life of 3000 operations per pole and contacts rated at 24VDC 25mA, the RoHS compliant DBS3000-VM features gold-plated contacts and can be auto-soldered at up to 260ºC for a max of 10s.
Thanks to its quality, versatility and very competitive pricing, the new DIL switch will find wide application in home entertainment and home automation systems, medical products and industrial control systems.

Vertikaler DIL-Schalter mit Kippsicherung
knitter-switch stellt seine neue Serie an Dual –in-line – Schaltern vor. Die Serie DBS 3000-VM wurde speziell für Applikationen in der Consumer-Elektronik sowie für Industrieanwendungen entwickelt.
Die Schalter der DBS 3000-VM Serie zeichnen sich durch ein spezielles Design aus, das den Schalter gegen ein verkippen auf der Platine sichert – eine klare Verbesserung gegenüber Lösungen, die im Moment am Markt erhältlich sind. Erhältlich mit 2 bis 12 Polen, erhabenen oder versenkten Betätigern können die Schalter sowohl per Hand als auch automatisch bestückt werden.
Die Bauteile zeichnen sich dank der vergoldeten Kontakte durch eine Lebensdauer von 3000 Betätigungen pro Pol aus und haben eine Schaltleistung von 24VDC / 25mA. Selbstverständlich sind die Komponenten RoHS-konform und halten einer maximalen Löttemperatur von 260°C für 10 Sekunden stand.
Dank seiner Vielseitigkeit und des günstigen Preises bei gleichzeitig hoher Qualität, finden sich für den DBS 3000-VM zahlreiche Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in Bereichen wie der Gebäudeautomation, der Medizintechnik oder der Industriesteuerung.
Die DIP-Schalter von knitter-switch sind ab Lager erhältlich und können bei einer Anzahl von Distributoren in ganz Europa bestellt werden. Muster werden im Allgemeinen innerhalb von 24 Stunden verschickt. Ein Datenblatt ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Interrupteur DIL à montage vertical
knitter-switch annonce l’introduction d’un nouvel interrupteur Dual-in-Line DBS3000-VM, qui a été développé spécialement pour des applications industrielles et grand public.
Le DBS3000-VM a fait l’objet d’un design propriétaire qui, d’une manière indispensable, sécurise l’interrupteur pour lui éviter toute inclinaison sur le PCB – ce point est un avantage primordiale mis en avant par knitter-switch par rapport aux produits concurrents. Disponible de 2 à 12 pôles et proposé avec curseurs dépassants ou non dépassants, ce nouvel interrupteur peut-être inséré manuellement ou automatiquement.
Il propose également une durée de vie de 3000 manœuvres par pole et un pouvoir de coupure de 24VDC 25mA. Ce produit est conforme aux normes RoHS avec des contacts dorés sur nickel et des conditions de soudure de 260ºC pendant 10s maximum.
Grace à ces performances, sa polyvalence et son prix compétitif, ce nouvel interrupteur DIL trouvera de larges applications dans les systèmes audiovisuels et domotique, produits médicaux et systèmes de contrôles industriels.
