Miniature Rotary Coded Switches for Wide Range of Applications

knitter-switch introduces a range of miniature rotary coded switches designed by the company to suit a wide variety applications. These include telecomms, building automation and industrial control systems where designers will appreciate the quality and reliability inherent in the product.

DRS 60000 switches are ideal replacements for the Hartmann PT65 series and can be supplied with or without a shaft. Measuring just 10 x 10mm with a height off the circuit board of just 6.5mm, the new switches are RoHS compliant and lead free solderable at 260ºC for a maximum of 5s.

The DRS 60000 switches provide a positive switch “feeling” and are available in four different codings – BCD, BCD inverse, hexadecimal and hexadecimal inverse. They have a long mechanical life of up to 10000 cycles and a contact rating of 25mA at 24VDC.

Knitter-switch rotary coded switches are available from stock and from a number of distributors throughout Europe. Samples are usually available on next day delivery.

Miniatur- Drehcodierschalter für vielfältigste Anwendungen

knitter-switch stellt seine neue Serie von Miniatur-Drehcodierschaltern vor. Die Schalter eignen sich für eine große Anzahl von Anwendungen im Bereich Telekommunikation, Gebäudeautomation und Industriesteuerungen - Applikationen, in denen Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit von hoher Bedeutung sind.

Die DRS 60000 Schalter sind äquivalent zu Hartmanns PT65 Serie und können ohne weitere Anpassungen der Platine übernommen werden. Sie sind erhältlich in Ausführungen mit und ohne Betätigungsachse. Die Abmessungen der Schalter sind 10 x 10mm mit einer Gehäusehöhe von 6.5mm. Die neuen Schalter sind RoHS konform und bleifrei lötbar bei einer maximalen Temperatur von 260 Grad für 5 Sekunden.

Die Schalter der Serie DRS 60000 zeichnen sich durch ihr präzises “Schaltgefühl” aus und sind in vier verschiedenen Kodierungen lieferbar – BCD, BCD Invers, Hexadezimal und Hexadezimal Invers. Die Bauteile haben eine lange Lebensdauer von mindestens 10000 Betätigungen und eine Belastbarkeit von 25mA bei 24VDC.

Die Drehcodierschalter von knitter-switch sind ab Lager erhältlich und können bei einer Vielzahl von Distributoren in ganz Europa bestellt werden. Muster werden im Allgemeinen innerhalb von 24 Stunden verschickt.

knitter-switch annonce l’introduction d’une nouvelle gamme de roue codeuse miniature développée pour couvrir de larges applications – Telecom, automatismes dans les bâtiments et les systèmes de contrôle industriel ou les ingénieurs apprécieront la qualité et la fiabilité inhérente au produit.

Les commutateurs DRS 60000 sont une alternative idéale à la série Hartmann PT65 et peuvent-être livrés avec ou sans axe. Avec des dimensions de 10 x 10mm et une hauteur hors circuit de seulement 6.5mm, ces nouveaux commutateurs sont conformes RoHS et supporte une soudure sans-plomb @ 260°C pendant 5s maximum.

Les commutateurs DRS 60000 présentent une excellente sensation tactile et sont disponibles en plusieurs codages – BCD, BCD inverse, hexadécimal and hexadécimal inverse. Ils ont une durée de vie supérieure à 10 000 cycles et un pouvoir de coupure de 25mA à 24VDC.
