Versatile Rotary Coded Switch Series Suits Wide Range of Applications

A new series of rotary coded switches designed for a variety of control and automation system applications is announced by knitter-switch. The 60000 Series is available in a variety of formats and codings and can be supplied with or without a shaft.

Designed as a drop-in replacement for Hartmann’s PT65 Series, the 60000 Series switches are available in standard, surface-mount or right-angle versions and provide the users with a good, quality switch “feel”. Four different codings are offered – BCD, BCD inverse, hexadecimal and hexadecimal inverse.

The RoHS compliant switches measure just 10 x 10mm with a body height of 6.5mm and are designed to be lead-free reflow solderable at up to 260ºC for a maximum of 5s.

The switches have a long mechanical life with a minimum of 10000 cycles and contact ratings of 12VDC.

The 60000 Series will interest those manufacturers of industrial control and automation systems, building automation products and telecommunication systems.

Knitter-switch 60000 Series switches are available from stock and from a number of distributors throughout Europe. Samples are usually available on next day delivery.

Neue Drehcodierschalter-Serie erfüllt alle Anforderungen in breitesten Einsatzbereichen

knitter-switch führt eine neue Produktreihe von Drehcodierschaltern für verschiedenste Anwendungen in Industriesteuerungen und Automatisierungs-systemen ein. Die neue 60000 Serie stellt eine Vielzahl von Bauformen und Codierungen zur Auswahl und ist mit oder ohne Betätigungsachse verfügbar.  

Die 60000 Drehcodierschalter-Serie  kann als Alternative für die Hartmann PT65 Serie genutzt werden  und ist sowohl als Standardausführung als auch als SMD-Version oder mit horizontal abgewinkelten PC-Anschlüssen lieferbar. Hervorzuheben ist das angenehme, hochwertige „Schaltgefühl“.

Vier verschiedene Kodierungen stehen zur Auswahl: BCD, BCD invers, Hexadezimal und Hexadezimal invers.

Der Schalter ist RoHs-konform. Er  misst nur 10 x 10mm, die Höhe beträgt  6,5 mm. Die Schalter sind bleifrei lötbar, Lötbedingungen: max. 5s bei 260°C .

Die Drehcodierschalter-Serie verspricht eine lange  technische Lebensdauer mit mindestens 10.000 Betätigungen und einer Belastbarkeit von 12VDC.

Der Einsatz der 60000 Serie ist sehr interessant für Hersteller von Industrie-steuerungen und im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik und der Gebäudeautomation wie auch der Telekommunikation.

Die knitter-switch 60000 Serie ist ab Lager lieferbar und kann europaweit über verschiedene Distributoren bezogen werden. Muster werden in der Regel innerhalb eines Tages verschickt.

Nouvelle série de roue codeuse modulable pour une large gamme d’application

Une nouvelle série de roue codeuse, développé pour de nombreuses applications de systèmes de contrôle et d’automatisme, est lancée par knitter-switch. La série 60000 est disponible dans une grande variété de formats et de codages et peut être livré avec ou sans axe.

Développé comme une alternative à la série Hartmann PT65, la série 60000 est disponible en version standard, CMS ou coudée et propose aux utilisateurs une sensation tactile de très bonne qualité. 4 différents codages sont offerts - BCD, BCD inverse, hexadécimal et hexadécimal inverse.

Ces commutateurs RoHS mesurent seulement 10x10mm avec une hauteur de boitier de 6,5mm et sont compatibles au processus de soudure sans plomb @ 260°C pendant 5s maximum.

Les commutateurs ont une durée de vie de minimum 10 000 cycles et un pouvoir de coupure de 12VDC.

La série 60000 intéressera les fabricants de systèmes d’automatisme et de contrôle industriel, les systèmes de télécommunications et contrôle d’accès.
