IP67 Rated Miniature Pushbutton Switches Are Available With or Without LED

knitter-switch, Europe’s leading switch manufacturer, announces a new series of sealed miniature pushbutton switches designed for a variety of applications where “waterproofed” is required.

The DPW Series are front panel switches, mountable by snap-fit or threaded bushing. They can be supplied as standard with or without a superbright LED in a choice of four colours – red, green, yellow or blue. Various cap colours are also available as standard including green, yellow, blue, white, red and black. A separate sealing cap, which seals both switch and front panel, is also available.

These RoHS compliant switches are lead-free solderable and have a long mechanical life with a minimum of 1 000 000 cycles. Contact ratings are 125VAC, 125mA or 50VDC, 100mA and operating temperature range is –40 to +85ºC.

DPW switches will interest manufacturers of industrial control and automation systems as well as those building medical products.

Knitter-switch DPW Series switches are available from stock and from a number of distributors throughout Europe. Samples are usually available on next day delivery.

Neuer absolut wasserdichter Miniaturdrucktaster mit und ohne LED

knitter-switch, Europas führender Schalterhersteller, bringt eine neue Serie IP67 geprüfter Miniatur-Drucktaster auf den Markt – vielseitig überall da einsetzbar wo wirklich wasserdicht gefordert wird.

Die DPW Serie bringt Schalter zur Frontplattenmontage, die über Schnappverschluß oder Gewinde montierbar sind. Sie sind standardmäßig mit oder ohne superhelle LEDs in vier Farben lieferbar – rot, grün, gelb und blau, dazu auch Kappen in grün, gelb, blau, weiß, rot, und schwarz. Wahlweise kann auch eine zusätzliche Dichtkappe geliefert werden, die Schalter und Frontplatte gleichzeitig schützt.

Die Schalter sind RoHs-konform und bleifrei lötbar. Sie versprechen eine lange technische Lebensdauer von mindestens 1.000.000 Betätigungen. Die Belastbarkeit beträgt 125VAC, 125mA oder 50 VDC und 100mA. Die zulässige Betriebstemperatur liegt zwischen – 40 und +85°C

Die DPW Serie ist für Hersteller von Industriesteuerungen und Automatisierungssystemen wie auch von Medizintechnikprodukten interessant.

Der Knitter-Switch DPW Serie ist ab Lager lieferbar und kann europaweit über verschiedene Distributoren bezogen werden. Die Lieferzeit für Musterlieferungen beträgt in der Regel einen Werktag.

Inverseur miniature à bouton-poussoir IP67 disponible avec ou sans LED

Knitter-switch, un des premiers fabricants de commutateurs en Europe, présente une nouvelle série d’inverseurs miniatures à bouton-poussoir développée pour une large gamme d’application où un niveau de protection IP67 est exigé.

La série DPW existe seulement avec montage panneau, en version « à encliqueter » ou « à visser ». Ces inverseurs peuvent être livrés en standard avec ou sans LED « extra-luminescente » avec un choix de 4 couleurs – rouge, vert, jaune ou bleu.

Différents capuchons de couleurs sont disponibles en standard (vert, jaune, bleu, blanc, rouge et noir). Un capuchon étanche supplémentaire est également disponible pour l’ensemble des inverseurs,

Ces inverseurs RoHS sont compatibles au processus de soudure sans plomb et ont une durée de vie de minimum 1 000 000 cycles. Leur pouvoir de coupure est de 125VAC, 125mA ou 50VDC, 100mA avec une gamme de température en opération de -40 to +85ºC.

Les commutateurs DPW intéresseront les fabricants de contrôles industriels et de systèmes d’automates ainsi que de produits médicaux.
