Sealed Tact Switches Are Ideal For Demanding Industrial and Medical Applications

Europe’s leading switch manufacturer, knitter-switch, has made available a new series of sealed tact switches that are ideal for a variety of industrial and medical systems applications where protection to IP67 is required.

According to knitter-switch, the new TS 12 and TSS 12 series are direct equivalents to Rafi’s RACON 12 switches. They provide the user with an excellent tactile feedback and offer a long operational life of at least one million cycles as well as being sealed with silicone rubber to IP67.

The TS 12/TSS 12 switches measure just 12 x 12mm and are available in surface mount as well as two through hole versions – 10 or 12.5mm pitch. The switches feature a long travel of 0.8mm and the force required for operation is 3.5N.

These RoHS compliant switches are lead-free solderable to 260ºC. Contact ratings are high at 42VDC or AC,100mA and operating temperature range is –40 to +80ºC.

The new tact switches are designed to be used in industrial keyboards, industrial control units and medical systems.

Knitter-switch TS 12/TSS 12  series switches are available from stock and from a number of distributors throughout Europe. Samples are usually available on next day delivery.

Neuer wasserdichter Taktschalter für höchste Ansprüche in Industrie- und Medizintechnik

knitter-switch, Europas führender Schalterhersteller, bringt eine neue Serie wasserdichter Taktschalter auf den Markt. Diese erfüllen mit einem Schutzgrad gemäß IP67 höchste Ansprüche für Industrie- und Medizintechnik.

Lt. knitter-switch können  die neuen TS12 und TSS 12 Serien auch als Alternative zu   Rafi’s RACON 12 Schalter eingesetzt werden. Sie bieten dem Nutzer nicht nur ein exzellentes Schaltgefühl, sondern mit über 1.000.000 Betätigungen auch eine lange Lebensdauer. Der IP 67 Standard wird durch eine Silikondichtung erreicht.

Die TS 12/TSS 12 Schalter messen nur 12 x 12mm und sind sowohl als SMD-Version als auch mit Stiftkontakten lieferbar – mit 10 oder 12.5mm Rastermaß. Sie bieten lange Schaltwege von 0.8mm bei einer Betätigungskraft von 3.5N

Die RoHS konformen Schalter sind bis zu 260ºC bleifrei lötbar. Sie verfügen über eine hohe Belastbarkeit von 42VDC oder AC, 100mA und die zulässige Betriebstemperatur liegt zwischen –40 und +80ºC.

Die neue Taktschalterserie ist sowohl für Industriesteuerungenwie auch für die Medizintechnik geeignet.

Die knitter-switch TS 12/TSS 12 Serie ist ab Lager lieferbar und kann europaweit über verschiedene Distributoren bezogen werden. Die Lieferzeit für Musterlieferungen beträgt in der Regel  einen Werktag.

Touches tactiles étanches - Idéal pour les applications industrielles et médicales

Knitter-switch, un des premiers fabricants de commutateurs en Europe, présente une nouvelle série de touche tactile étanche indispensable pour toute une large gamme d’application dans le secteur industriel et médical où une protection IP67 est exigée.

Avec les séries TS 12 et TSS 12, knitter-switch propose des équivalences directes aux produits RACON 12 Rafi. Ces touches offrent à l’utilisateur une excellente sensation tactile avec une durée de vie en opération d’au moins un million de cycles en plus d’un niveau d’étanchéité IP67 grâce à son joint silicone.

Les touches TS 12/TSS 12 mesurent 12x12mm et sont disponibles en version CMS et traditionnelles (trous 10 ou 12.5mm). Les caractéristiques de ces touches sont une course de 0.8mm et une force d’appui de 3.5N.

Ces touches RoHS sont compatibles au processus de soudure sans plomb jusqu’à 260°C. Le pouvoir de coupure est élevé à 42VDC ou AC, 100mA avec une gamme de température en opération de -40 to +80ºC.

Ces nouvelles touches tactiles ont été développées pour des applications de claviers industriels, unités de contrôles industriels et systèmes médicaux.

Les commutateurs knitter-switch de la série TS 12/TSS 12 sont disponibles sur stock et au travers de nos nombreux distributeurs en Europe. Des échantillons sont disponibles dans des délais courts.
