Sub-miniature pushbutton switches from knitter-switch feature a footprint of just 7 x 3mm with a long travel of 1.6mm

One of Europe’s leading switch manufacturers, knitter-switch, has added to its SSP series of sub-miniature pushbutton switches with the introduction of a new switch designed specifically for use with mobile multimedia devices, portable medical devices and a variety of test and measuring instruments.

The SSP 129T is a large-travel alternative to existing tactile switches having usually a travel of only 0.25mm and fits the pcb layout of the knitter-switch TSS309/TSS310 series tactile switches. With a footprint of just 7mm x 3mm and a long travel of 1.6mm, the new switch is a surface mountable device supplied in T/R packing for automatic pick and place systems.

Available with normally open and momentary switching functions, the SSP 129T provides a lifetime of 100,000 cycles and incorporates a gold plated contact plate for the reliable switching of smaller currents

Sub-Miniatur Drucktaster von knitter-switch mit langem Schaltweg braucht nur 7 x 3mm Platz

knitter-switch, einer der führenden europäischen Schalterhersteller, hat seinen SSP Serien um einen Sub-Miniatur Drucktaster erweitert der speziell für mobile Mulitmedia-Geräte, tragbare medizinische Geräte und  Test- und Messinstrumenten entwickelt wurde.

Der  SSP 129T ist eine Alternative zu Taktschaltern dieser Größe, die normalerweise nur einen Schaltweg von 0.25mm aufweisen. Er braucht nur  7mm x 3mm Platz und bietet trotzdem einen langen Schaltweg von 1.6mm. Damit ergänzt Knitter-switch seine TSS309/TSS310 Serie. Der neue Schalter ist mit SMD Technik zur automatischen Bestückung geeignet.

Der SSP 129t bietet eine Lebensdauer von 100,000 Betätigungen und mit seinen vergoldeten Kontakten schaltet er auch geringere Ströme verlässlich.

Nouvelle touche tactile subminiature de knitter-switch avec une empreinte de 7 x 3 mm seulement et une longue course de commutation de 1,6 mm

knitter-switch, un des premiers fabricants de commutateurs en Europe introduit dans la série SSP une nouvelle touche subminiature conçue spécifiquement pour les appareils mobiles multimédia, les appareils médicaux portatifs et les instruments de mesure.

Le SSP 129 T est une alternative aux touches tactiles existantes ayant une course de commutation seulement de 0,25 mm. Cette touche avec une longue course de commutation de 1,6 mm avec des dimensions de 7 mm x 3 mm, complète la série des TSS 309 et TSS 310 en version cms. Conditionnée en rouleau, ce qui permet un système de montage pick and place.

Le SSP 129T est proposé avec les fonctions de commutation "normalement ouvert et momentanée". Sa durée de vie est de 100 000 commutations et les contacts sont plaqués or pour une commutation fiable des courants faibles.
