Versatile Tact Switch Series now operates at High Temperature

The popular series of TS6/TSS6 tact switches available from knitter-switch now includes high operating temperature models which feature gold plated contacts. Now offering an increased operating temperature to 105ºC the TS6/TSS6 series is suitable for applications in a wide variety of products in consumer electronics, white goods, healthcare and medical products, mobile devices and data processing systems.

The key to the versatility of the switch series is the availability of a number of different actuator height and force combinations and now also a choice of gold or silver-plated contacts to suit individual applications and budgets.

The standard TS6/TSS6 tact switch models are available with six different actuator heights and five different actuation forces. Customer specific actuator heights can be made available on request.

To aid panel design square and round actuator caps are available in several different colours including blue, yellow, red, black and green.

Standard switches are available direct from knitter-switch and a number of distributors throughout Europe. For switches with gold plated contacts, the minimum order quantity is 50,000. Samples are usually available on next day delivery. For more information visit www.knitter-switch.com

Vielseitige Taktschalter-Serie jetzt auch bei hohe Temperaturen einsetzbar

Die vielgenutzte Taktschalterserie TS6/TSS6 von knitter-switch gibt es nun auch mit vergoldeten Kontakten – und damit auch für höhere Temperaturen. Bei den nun möglichen Betriebstemperaturen von bis zu 105ºC bietet die TS6/TSS6 Serie noch mehr Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Haushaltsgeräte, Unterhaltungselektronik, Medizintechnik, Datenverarbeitungssysteme und mobile Endgeräte.

Der Schlüssel für die Vielseitigkeit der Schalter-Serie liegt in der Fülle der unterschiedlichen Betätiger – sowohl was Länge als auch was Kraftaufwand angeht. Nun ergänzt noch die Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen versilberten und vergoldeten Kontakten die Möglichkeiten der Anpassung auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Anwendung.

Die TS6/TSS6 Takt-Schalter Serie ist standardmäßig bereits mit sechs verschiedenen Betätigerhöhen und 5 verschiedenen Kraftwerten erhältlich. Auf Anfrage können noch weitere Modelle angeboten werden.

Für ein vielseitiges Frontplattendesign sind sowohl rechteckige als auch runde Knöpfein verschiedensten Farben wie blau, gelb, rot, Schwarz und grün erhältlich.

Die neue Serie ist  auch über zahlreiche Distributoren in Europa beziehbar. Für Ausführungen mit Goldkontakten besteht eine Mindestbestellmenge von 50.000 Stück. Tact switch disponibles maintenant en version « haute température ».

Notre gamme de tact switch TS6/TSS6 inclue maintenant une nouvelle version avec des contacts dorés qui résiste à des températures jusqu'à 105°C, adaptée à différentes applications dans le secteur électronique grand public, médical, industriel, la téléphonie et les systèmes de traitement des données.

Cette nouvelle version est disponible avec des contacts dorés ou argentés, suivant l'application et son budget, et proposée avec des boutons de différentes hauteurs et différentes forces d'appui. Sur simple demande, nous pouvons fournir des poussoirs avec hauteurs différentes.

Une variété de capuchons est proposée de forme carrée ou ronde, avec différentes couleurs au choix : bleu - rouge - jaune - noir  et vert. 

Les commutateurs knitter-switch de la série TS6/TSS6 sont disponibles sur stock par l'intermédiaire de nos nombreux distributeurs en Europe. En ce qui concerne les versions avec contacts dorés, un minimum de 50 000 pièces par commande est exigé.

Des échantillons sont disponibles sur simple demande dans les meilleurs délais.
